Cancellation policy

Your time is valuable, other clients’ time is valuable, and so is mine. Things happen and if there is an unforeseen need to cancel an appointment please be advised of the cancellation policy in place.

  • A full 24 hours notice is required for cancelling appointments. Clients are invited to log in to their account in the Jane online booking app and cancel. Online cancellations can only be made with 24+ hours notice.
  • Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment (“no show”) are billed for the full cost of their scheduled session 
  • Clients receive email or text appointment reminders that are set up through their client profile in the Jane App booking system. Clients are responsible to keep or cancel their appointment regardless of whether they receive a reminder or not. If you are uncertain when your next appointment is scheduled for, please log into your profile on the Jane App.

Sometimes anxiety or depression can make it difficult to keep your appointment. Sometimes you might have a session where lots of feelings come up and you don’t want to come to your next appointment. Please feel free to send me an email or text as soon as possible after a difficult appointment, or if you are having trouble with your energy. I might be able to help. However, please be advised that emails and texts are only checked between 9 am and 4 pm on session days. If you contact me outside of these hours I will connect with you as soon as possible on the next session day.
